This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms of use of the EASYBOOST online platform (https://easy-boost.ru), ordering of digital services, payment methods, user rights, and refund regulations.
1.1. This Agreement represents a public offer and governs access to EASYBOOST services (https://easy-boost.ru) provided by the Administration.
1.2. By accessing the Service, registering, or placing an order, the User agrees to be bound by this Agreement and the Privacy Policy in full.
1.3. If the User disagrees with any clause of this Agreement, they must cease using the Service immediately.
2.1. The Service provides intangible digital esports services, including matchmaking assistance (CS2 Premier, FACEIT ELO), personal gameplay coaching, replay analysis, and digital gaming goods.
2.2. The User acknowledges that the value of the digital services lies in the professional expertise, time, systematic analysis, and personal guidance provided by boosters and coaches.
2.3. The Service is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Faceit Ltd. and operates as an independent service and training platform.
3.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. The Administration takes comprehensive technical measures (including dedicated VPN proxies) to maintain customer security.

4.1. The Service strictly prohibits any cheats, hacks, scripts, or prohibited third-party software. All boost activities rely purely on genuine pro-level skills.
4.2. The User agrees not to use the Service for illicit activities, fraud, or harassment.
All materials on EASYBOOST (texts, UI design, calculators, codebase) belong to the Administration and may not be reproduced without written consent.
The Administration reserves the right to restrict or terminate User accounts for gross violations, attempted abuse, or fraudulent actions.
7.1. Порядок оплаты: Payment is completed online through authorized payment providers (Bank Cards, Fast Payments System, electronic wallets, crypto). Exact prices in RUB are displayed upfront before payment.
7.2. Нематериальный характер: Due to the intangible nature of digital services, refunds are not issued once an order has been fully completed.
7.4. Сроки подачи заявления: Refund requests must be submitted to support@easy-boost.ru or through our ticket system within 24 hours of payment, indicating the order ID and reason.
7.5. Регламент рассмотрения и выплат: Refund claims are processed within 24 hours. Payout is returned to the original payment method, taking 1 to 5 business days depending on the customer issuing bank.
7.6. Досудебное урегулирование (Chargeback): The User agrees to resolve any dispute in good faith directly with support before initiating bank chargeback requests.
Data handling is performed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at https://easy-boost.ru/en/privacy.
The Administration may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform represents automatic acceptance.
